No mystery pricing, no buried conditions. This is how SecureVoice packages are structured and what each tier is meant to solve.

Most clients overbuy. If your group is small, start lean and upgrade only when usage proves it.

How tiers work

  • Basic: core setup completed correctly.
  • Standard: setup + stronger hardening + cleaner handover.
  • Premium: deeper hardening, policy tuning, and more edge-case coverage.

What is always included

  • Clear scope before work starts
  • Deployment notes and handover summary
  • 7-day setup-related support window

What is not included by default

  • VPS hosting costs (paid directly by you)
  • Unlimited lifetime support
  • Out-of-scope migrations or unrelated sysadmin work

If you need extra work, it is quoted as an add-on first.

How to choose the right tier

  • Choose Basic if you just need a working private server.
  • Choose Standard if you care about cleaner long-term operations.
  • Choose Premium if reliability and security posture matter and you want fewer surprises later.
